These sentiments are a common thread that runs through many of the inquiries that C-Cubed receives from individuals involved in ministry-even some who are considering leaving the ministry.  Since Coach Kevin has been there-on both sides of the fence-he can understand the pressures.

Coach Kevin has worn many hats and has had varied responsibilities within ministry. Before being called into full-time ministry, he was in the corporate arena-and was even cautioned by his pastor that churches would not want to hire him! (God had other ideas, but that's another story!)

Now, he owns and manages his own coaching and consulting practice and volunteers at his church and in the community-talk about a full circle!

The camp/retreat setting can be extremely productive for organizations and individuals as they are open to change while away from the rigors of regular life.

With Kevin's balance of ministry and business experience, he enjoys sharing this passion with others! He has spent time supporting organizations in various ways-a church leadership team looking for direction, a corporate leadership team looking for insight for their organization, a community based outreach looking to gain some experience from someone that has "been in the trenches", youth volunteers looking for unity and inspiration.

The bottom line is that C-Cubed and Coach Kevin are effective tools for facilitating and directing these "time-outs" so they are productive and life-changing for those attending.

Coming from a Christian standpoint, he has not only the relationship with Jesus Christ as his foundation, but also has a strong message-delivered with conviction-that drives people to change and commitment.
